Mr José Mariscal Arana has received a 500pts fine imposed by my authority for consenting a son of his to be called Yonchu on the thoroughfare, showing a clear disaffection to our Glorious National Movement, and an evident disobedience to what is ordered by our Caudillo about the use of names with a clear separatist meaning.
